As a devoted Juice WRLD fan, I followed his journey closely and became increasingly aware of the impact record labels had on his career. After his passing, I saw the label maintain control over his music, continuing to profit from his work. This realization led me to research the music industry’s practices surrounding contracts, royalties, and copyright laws, and I was driven to make a change.
